The Jabsco Oil Change System consists of a powerful reversible flexible impeller pump and a multi-valve distribution manifold mounted on an easy to install platform, to make onboard oil changing of multiple engines a clean and easy task.

The system is designed to be installed in a vessel's engine compartment with the multi-valve manifold plumbed directly to the oil pan of each engine and generator.

The standard system is supplied with a five way manifold, fitted with three brass ball valves. Two additional ports (plugged from the factory) can be fitted with valves to allow the system to serve up to five different devices.

The powerful flexible impeller pump will remove old engine oil and then with a flip of the pumps reversing switch will refill the engine with a supply of new oil. Close one manifold valve and open another and the simple process can be repeated again until all engine and/or transmission oil reservoirs are refreshed.

The system includes an integral cover to conceal the pump and plumbing from being accidentally opened and serves as a fail safe system requiring the three standard valves be in the "off" position before the hinged part of the cover, over the valves, can be snapped closed.

These Jabsco pumps utilize the proven vane pump design, which is ideally suited for oil and diesel transfer. Each pump comes equipped with a three-way reversible switch that allows the removal of the old oil and the filling of the new. These pumps can be installed with a manifold  to create a complete oil change system for your vessel. Each pump has 1/2"FPT internal ports with 1" external hose barbs and includes 2 adapters for 3/4" garden hose. The service kit includes the vanes, rotor, o-ring, and seal and can be ordered under the number JA 90200-0000. (Not for pumping gasoline!)

115VAC DIESEL TRANSFER PUMP

The Jabsco 115VAC 45740-0000 pump will empty a 55 gallon drum of diesel in 7 minutes! It comes with a 6-foot power cord and has 1/2"FPT internal ports with1" external hose barbs. The pump also includes 2 adapters for 3/4" garden hose. The service kit includes the vanes, rotor, o-ring, and seal and can be ordered under the number JA 90200-0000. (Not for pumping gasoline!)

HIGH VOLUME D.C. DIESEL TRANSFER PUMPS

These Jabsco high volume pumps are available in 12 & 24vdc and 9,12, & 25 gallons per minute flows. The 50130 series has the added feature of an internal by-pass. This allows the fuel to be by-passed within the pump while the discharge line is restricted or shut-off during operation. This feature enables the user to start and stop the flow with a nozzle at the end of the hose, eliminating the need of controlling the flow with the power switch. (Not for pumping gasoline!)
