LIMITED WARRANTY MARINE J.B. Design, Inc. (CORSA Performance™) believes in maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction. We warrant to you, the original purchaser, that our exhaust products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. The Carek™ exhaust tip anti-surge valves are covered by our exclusive Lifetime Warranty. This warranty is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price of the defective parts. We pledge that if at any time you encounter a problem with our products, we will strive to correct the problem in the most timely and efficient way possible, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations contained herein. To make a claim under this warranty or obtain service, products should be returned to JB Design, Inc. (CORSA Performance™) (address below) with original dated proof of purchase (sales receipt) and a brief description of the problem encountered. Product must be returned to CORSA Performance™) within thirty (30) days of discovery of the defect or condition. Prior to return, contact CORSA Performance™ to obtain a return Goods Authorization number. This warranty does not apply to any products that have been used in a non-wet exhaust system, damaged by accident, negligence or misapplication, altered or modified in any way, or installed contrary to CORSA Performance™ installation instructions. NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IS APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT. JB DESIGN, INC. (CORSA PERFORMANCE™) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, INCONVENIENCE, ACTUAL OR ALLEGED DAMAGES WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, ACTUAL OR ALLEGED LABOR, TRANSPORTATION, OR OTHER RELATED CHARGES, OR FOR ANY BREACH OF ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH WOULD OTHERWISE BE APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT.
