GENERAL:
The self-priming reversible e/pump "CP" series are with star impeller, and have an outstanding self-priming capacity (up to 9 mt.) suction lift. Only at the first start or after a long time of not utilizing, is it necessary to fill of water the body pump, then, also with the vacuum suction pipe the pump automati- cally self-priming yourself. To avoid that any parts in suspension in the liquid pumped can damage its internal part it is better to install on the suction pipe a filter and  a no return valve at caplet to avoid the reflux of the water, so the body pump is always full of liquid.
